Main characteristic

Description

The device retains all the functionality of the previous DVB-S models:

  • At the re-multiplexer 8 inputs allows formation of 8 input ASI digital streams, the required digital package and give the package to the subcarrier;
  • IP output that can be used for monitoring the flow of input and output, and CPU to stream to the LAN.;
  • Optional scrambling (DVCrypt) for different number of subscribers and mixing EPG and OTA.

Additionally the Processor has the following features

  • Work in one of the 2 modes of modulation and FEC formation, in accordance with the recommendations of DVB-S and DVB-S2.
  • The choice of the symbol rate of 32 fixed values from the 27500 KS/s up to 6750 of KS/sec.
  • Setting the output signal (IF) frequency in the range of 70 -1700 MHz.

All settings, including switching modes, are carried out over LAN. 

With the Processor, the free DvCryptTsMonitor analyzer program can be used, allowing you to record a stream using the Processor's IP output to a file, as well as view the presence of errors in the stream.

The program DvCryptTsMonitor is free and is issued to the user complete with equipment.

If you want to modify the program for yourself, you can get the necessary materials for this. The Converter provides work with both SD (Standard Definition) and HD (High Definition, i.e. high resolution 1920x1080i in H. 264 standard ) channels. Standard DVB-S/S2 ( SD or HD) digital cable television receivers are used as subscriber receivers. The processor works with dvcrypt conditional access system.
