Description

The Remux 5ASI-ASI is designed for use in digital (DVB-C) cable networks. The basic configuration of Remux 5ASI-ASI provides the formation of 5 input ASI streams required software package and issue it to the ASI output - (Remultiplexer). The device does not have the usual QAM modulator.

In addition, the device, due to its versatility, allows you to solve a wide range of tasks and is not limited to remultiplexing. The device is built on an optional principle, which allows you to optimize the cost of purchased equipment.

Moreover, additional functions can be activated at the installation site, after the appropriate payment. Such options are IPG, EPG, CAS2000, CAS10000, CAS100000 subscribers.

Thus, depending on the available options, the device can be used:

  1. to signal from ASI output to any other device with ASI input (to expand the number of inputs).
  2. as a control system of TV broadcasting, as the presence of IP output allows you to transfer the output stream to the PC, followed by the output to the monitor of all broadcast programs.
  3. to transport the stream to a remote consumer (if there is an IP output).
  4. to enter DVCrypt encoding system.

The device also has the ability to adjust the speed of the output stream from 5-100 MB / sec. IP output supports RTP, RTP+, UDP protocols.
